We know you're excited to dive into your new books! Here’s what you can expect regarding shipping:
Order Processing:
- We work hard to get your order out quickly! Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- We guarantee all orders will be shipped within 72 business hours (3 business days) of being placed.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping & Delivery (USA):
- We ship orders using standard ground shipping methods.
- Once your order has shipped, most customers in the USA will receive their books within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can occasionally vary based on your specific location or unforeseen carrier delays.
- Note: If you represent an organization or group making a large bulk order of 10 or more of the same book or item, please note: Large bulk orders of the same item may have longer processing times.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all USA orders over $65 at regular product prices. Discounts and special offers do not apply for free shipping.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Important Notes:
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
- While we strive to meet these timeframes, occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions) may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
