Winning with a Limp: Succeeding in Your Calling Despite the Pains of Life (ebook)

Feel second-best? God qualifies you for the win.

God’s call is on your life, but the friction of ministry is making you second-guess your assignment. Your background and life’s circumstances keep you feeling second-best. You look at the seemingly perfect lives of other servants of God and think, “My circumstances don't match theirs. There is no way I can accomplish for God what they do.”

The truth is, ministry comes with unforeseen battles. The very people you sacrifice to serve can hurt you. Blind spots from well-meaning leaders can obstruct your progress. Too often, the deep pain of doing ministry paralyzes us, preventing us from accomplishing God’s best and tempting us to walk away from our calling altogether.

In Winning with a Limp: Succeeding in Your Calling Despite the Pains of Life, you will discover how to win while it hurts using Biblical tactics to overcome self-doubt and navigate the offenses of public ministry.

God can use your limp to condition you for your next level. Stop burying your head under your upbringing, mistakes, church drama, lies, and slander, and stop comparing your journey to those around you. Instead, learn the intentional Biblical strategies that will keep you steadfast, effective, and honorable.

With a lifetime of ministry experience—from a called teenager to an international church leader—author Omaudi Reid has navigated the challenges that destroy ministries and discovered the wisdom necessary to overcome them.

Inside this transformational book, you will learn how to:

• Advance Beyond Your Background: Fulfill your calling even when your current place doesn't match your divine assignment.
• Navigate Your Calling Through the Pain: Overcome deep hurts and offenses without losing your passion or your witness.
• Safeguard Your Calling: Build spiritual safeguards to shield your mind and ministry from toxic church drama.
• Thrive in Troublesome Assignments: Advance with honor and accomplish your mission, even when serving under a flawed leader.

Many leaders allow their limps to become crippling diseases that permanently paralyze their ministry. That does not have to be your story.
